Make Ur Trip

We've been working here on Old High Court Road for a while now. Our office is tucked behind the Archies Gallery in Lashkar City, just a short walk from the Uco Bank. It’s a busy part of Gwalior, but we like the pace. Most days it’s just us answering phones and looking at schedules. People come in to ask about train tickets or car rentals, and we do what we can to figure out the routes. It isn’t a fancy setup. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the afternoon rush near the High Court. We started Make Ur Trip because we knew the local roads and the train timings better than most. It’s just practical work. We spend a lot of time checking dates and prices on the computer. If a customer walks in from the street, we pull up a chair and talk through where they need to go. We don't have a big corporate team, it's just a few of us who know the area. Gwalior can be a tricky place to navigate if you aren't from here. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck. It’s mostly about keeping the paperwork straight and making sure the drivers know where to pick people up. We’re usually here until late in the evening.
