Operating Sudhansh Foot Care right across from the Dainik Bhaskar Press on Jhansi Road means we see a lot of people passing by. The Baraghat Industrial Area has its own rhythm, mostly involving the sounds of the printing press and the traffic moving toward Gwalior. Inside our space, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of shoes being moved around or the occasional customer walking in. We spend a lot of time looking at soles and materials, making sure everything is sitting where it should. It’s a practical business. We don't have big signs or bright lights, just the address and the work we do. The road outside gets pretty dusty in the summer, so we’re always wiping down the counters. Most of our day is spent organizing the inventory and checking the stock that comes in from the suppliers. It’s not a glamorous job, but people need good things for their feet, so we stay busy enough. The tea guy knows our order by now because we’ve been here so long. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work by the door where the light is better. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local shop in Gwalior. It’s just us here, keeping the shelves full and the floor swept as best as we can between the busy hours.
