Jaina Jewellers

Jaina Jewellers is located on the 1st Floor of the Hira Panna Complex. We are right in the middle of Sarafa Lashkar. It’s an area known for this kind of work, so we fit right in. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some stairs, but it’s not too bad. The complex has been here a long time and so have we. The shop is a bit small, and we have a lot of stuff packed into the counters. It’s not one of those modern, empty-looking stores. It feels more lived-in. We spend most of our time talking to people who have been coming to us for years. We don't really do much advertising. People just seem to know we’re here in Sarafa Lashkar. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s hot out, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most famous jewellers in the world. We just want to do a good job for the folks who walk through the door. It’s a family-style environment, even if we aren't all related. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the busy hours in the afternoon. Our desks are usually covered in small parts and ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it’s how we’ve always done things here at Hira Panna Complex. It works for us and the people who visit. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do.
