Indian Western Academy

Our academy is tucked away in Rajghat Colony, right off the Jhansi Road in Datia. It is a busy area because of the main road, but once you get inside the gates, it feels a bit more contained. We have been here for a good number of years now. The building is a standard structure with classrooms that have seen a lot of use. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing displays. Most of the families who send their children here live right in the colony or just a short walk away. The teachers come in early to get things ready before the students start arriving. It is a lot of talk and movement throughout the day. We have the usual subjects and the usual exams that everyone has to deal with. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to open the windows and keep going. It is just the way things are here. We have a small staff that takes care of the office work and the cleaning. Everyone knows everyone else's name, which makes it feel like a small community. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure the students are where they are supposed to be. It is a straightforward place with no big pretensions. We are just part of the local landscape in Datia, doing our work every day without much fuss or worry about being perfect.
