I Tel

I Tel is our small shop at No. 34 Balvad Nager in Goliyar. We mainly deal with mobile phones and all the little things that go along with them, like chargers and screen protectors. It is a modest place with a couple of glass counters and some shelves along the walls. We aren't like the big showrooms in the city center. Most of what we do is helping the people who live nearby when their phones stop working right or they need a new battery. It is a lot of fiddly work, like replacing tiny components or trying to figure out why a certain app won't open. People often come in feeling stressed because they can't use their phones, so we try to get things sorted as quickly as we can. We keep a few new models in the case, but we aren't a massive retailer. The neighborhood around Balvad Nager is full of families, and we have gotten to know many of them over the time we've been here. There is always some noise from the street coming in, and we usually have a radio playing in the back. It is just a small, local business where we work hard and try to stay up to date with all the new technology coming out. We aren't looking to grow into a huge chain. We just like being the local spot where people can get their tech problems handled without any fuss.
