Our office is located in the Daulatganj area of Gwalior. It is a part of the city that has a lot of history and old buildings, so it feels very grounded. Even though our name has a dot com in it, we are very much a physical shop where you can walk in and talk to us face to face. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The space inside is quite basic. We have our computers, some desks, and a few calendars on the wall to keep track of the months. We don't bother with fancy decorations or corporate stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at different travel options and talking to people about what they need for their trips. Gwalior is a busy place, and Daulatganj always has something going on in the streets. We like being right in the middle of it. We are just a small group of people who enjoy helping others figure out their travel plans. There’s no big pressure here. We just give you the information as we find it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that needs doing to get people where they want to go. It is simple and practical.
