My grandfather started this place a long time ago in Risala Bazar. We are right there in front of the Ram Leela Gate in Morar. People around Gwalior know where that is. It's just a small shop where we keep the medicines and see who comes in. We open up early most days because the market gets busy. Sometimes it is noisy outside with the traffic, but we just keep working inside. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure people get what they need. The building is old and we have lived in this area for years. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day except Sundays sometimes. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It's just a regular part of the street. Nothing flashy about the sign or the inside. We just focus on the visitors who walk through the door. Usually, it's just talk about health and passing over the packets. That's how it goes here. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you know Risala Bazar, you can't miss us. The shelves are pretty full of different bottles. We spend a lot of time cleaning and organizing because things get dusty. It’s a habit now. Our counter is made of dark wood.
