We are Hb Associates Sotc Franchisee, located over in the Shri Ganesh Complex on Jhansi Road. To be specific, we are up on the first floor in unit 11/12. If you know the Chetak Puri area, we are right opposite the ICICI Bank, so that makes it easier to explain to people when they call for directions. Madhav Nagar is a busy part of Gwalior, and there is always something going on outside. The office is part of the SOTC network, so we handle a lot of the holiday packages and stuff they offer, but we run it as our own local spot. It’s a decent-sized space for an office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails for people who want to go on vacation. It can get a bit cramped when a whole family comes in at once to talk about a trip, but we manage. The stairs in the complex can be a bit steep, so keep that in mind. We’ve got some posters of different places around the world on the walls, mostly to give people ideas. It’s not a very corporate vibe even though we are a franchisee. We just do our work, drink our tea, and try to get the paperwork right for everyone’s trips. Being near the bank means it’s a good spot for people running errands. We just open up every morning and see who comes through the door to ask about tickets.
