We are located on the first floor of Garima Arcade, which is right on MLB Road in the Shinde Ki Chhawani area of Gwalior. It’s unit number 22 if you’re looking for the door. Gwalior is where we live and work, and this office has been our base for quite some time now. We spend most of our mornings dealing with emails and phone calls about various holiday plans. It’s a small space, nothing too elaborate, but it gets the job done for us. We’ve got a view of the street from the window, and you can see the city moving below at all hours. Gulmohar Holidays isn't some big multinational company with hundreds of employees. We are just local people who understand how travel works in this part of Madhya Pradesh. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a bus schedule changes without any warning, and we have to fix things on the fly. That is just how the business goes around here. We don't use fancy brochures with fake pictures that don't match reality. Usually, we just tell people what we know from our own experience. If a family wants to go somewhere for the weekend, we look at the budget and the timing carefully. We don't promise things we can't do. Most of our day is spent making sure the bookings are confirmed and that the cars show up on time. It is straightforward work, really. We like being in Shinde Ki Chhawani because everything is close by.
