Our place is located at Dal Bazar in Gwalior, specifically care of Tarun Khatke Sahab Ka Bada. It’s a very traditional part of the city, and Goyal Housing Infratech LLP has its roots right here. The Gird area is always buzzing with activity, especially in the markets. Our office is in a building that has some history to it, far from those new glass towers you see elsewhere. It feels more like a home office in some ways. We deal with housing and infrastructure, so there is always a lot of talk about materials and sites. We don’t use any of that fancy business language. We just speak plainly about what needs to be built or fixed. Being in Dal Bazar means there’s always noise from the street and the smell of the market, which we’ve grown to like. It keeps us connected to the city. We aren't a big, cold company. We’re just local people who know Gwalior well. Most of our day is spent meeting with contractors or looking at housing plans.
