We are based at N/4 Govardhan Apartment in the Vinay Nagar area of Lashkar, Gwalior. Our office is in the 24 Beegha section, which is a fairly quiet part of the city. We have turned a regular apartment into our workspace for the pharmaceutical business. It is not a corporate headquarters with a lobby or a security guard. It is just where we go every day to handle our orders and keep track of the medicine supplies. We spend a lot of time looking at invoices and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes we find mistakes and have to spend hours fixing them, which is just part of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or expensive furniture. The desks are old and the chairs squeak a bit, but they get the job done. Gwalior is our home, and we like doing business with the people here. We don't have a big mission statement or any promotional slogans. We just want to provide a reliable way to get things done and keep our clients happy. Most of our communication is done over the phone or through simple messages. It is a very direct way of working. We are just a few people trying to manage a small business in a busy world.
