Gaurav Clinical

Gaurav Clinical is situated over in Kunj Vihar. It’s a relatively quiet residential area compared to the main market, which is nice for us and the patients. We don’t have a massive sign or anything too flashy out front. It’s a simple place where we do our daily work. Most of the people who come in are from the immediate neighborhood. They walk over from their houses. The atmosphere inside is pretty low-key. We have a few chairs and a table with some old magazines that nobody really reads. I try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going all day, there’s always a bit of dust. It’s just a small clinical setup. We don't have a big team of receptionists; usually, it’s just one or two of us handling everything from the phone to the filing. Kunj Vihar is a pleasant enough place to work. You can see the trees from the front window, and it doesn’t feel as rushed as the city center. We just go about our business day by day. We’ve seen a lot of local families over the years. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic medical stuff people need. It’s a practical, straightforward place. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we’re just here to do the job and help out the locals. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, and we just have to make do, but that's just part of life here. We like the quiet pace.
