Empresa Hotels Private Limited is based out of Shivpuri, specifically at House No.2 in Bank Colony. Shivpuri is a bit different from the bigger cities like Indore or Bhopal. It has its own pace, which is usually a lot slower. We run our hotel business from this spot. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, so we don't have the constant noise of the main markets. We focus on keeping the place tidy and making sure the guests have what they need. There isn't any big corporate strategy here. We just wake up, check the rooms, and talk to the staff about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we have to deal with the water supply or the electricity going off, which is just part of living in this area. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just tell people where we are and what we have. Most of our guests are just people traveling for work or visiting family nearby. We try to keep the rooms simple and clean. It is a lot of routine work, but we are used to it by now. The Bank Colony location is easy to find if you are familiar with Shivpuri. We have been at this for a while and we just keep things moving along, making sure the bills are paid and the property stays in one piece.
