I’m sitting here at DIVKARTI REALTORS LLP, looking out from our spot in Dal Bazar. We share space with Hari Om Trading Company. It gets pretty loud outside. Gwalior can be like that. The 474009 area is always busy with people moving around and trucks unloading stuff. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the morning. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It’s a standard office, nothing fancy. Just some desks and chairs. We deal with people coming in and out all day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. It is what it is. My desk is a bit of a mess with files. My colleague says I should clean it but I know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to whoever walks in through the door from the bazaar. Life moves at its own pace here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate thing. We're just local folks working in a trading hub. Some days are slow, others are a bit frantic. That's just how it goes in this part of town. If you know Gwalior, you know Dal Bazar is the heart of a lot of things. We just do our work and go home. Nothing more to it really. It works for us. We don't need any fancy titles or mission statements to get the day done.
