Our place is located in Nehru Colony, inside the Maa Sharada Apartment building in Thatipur. You might know it because we are associated with Mamta Singh Paint House there. DDS Devbuild Private Limited is a local Gwalior business through and through. We work on various building and development projects around the city. It’s a bit of a tight-knit operation here in Thatipur. We don’t have a massive office floor, just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our time is spent out on sites, seeing how the buildings are coming along. Dealing with construction in Gwalior can be interesting, with the climate and the way the city is growing. We try to keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not always glamorous work, and there’s usually plenty of dust and noise involved. We’ve been around this part of Gwalior for a while now. The team is mostly local people who know the area and how things work here. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches. We just want to get the buildings up and make sure everything is solid. If you drop by Nehru Colony, you'll see us busy with something or other. We are just a regular company trying to do our part in the local building scene. It takes a lot of coordination to keep these projects moving, and we do our best to stay on top of it all.
