Creation Realtech Private Limited

We’re based out of Gwalior, right near the City Centre area. If you know the Sachin Tendulkar Road, then you know exactly where we are, over at New Govind Puri. Our office is at A-9. It’s not a huge place, just a few of us working on real estate projects around town. Gwalior is growing fast and things get pretty busy on the Hurawali Road side of things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We started this because we knew the local market well and wanted to stay involved in how the neighborhood looks. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with land stuff, which can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just the job. We drink a lot of chai here and try to keep things moving. The weather here in Madhya Pradesh gets quite hot in the summers, so the office AC is usually working overtime. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People around here usually recognize the name Creation Realtech when they walk by. It’s just an honest way to make a living, really. Nothing too fancy or complicated about how we run things. If someone drops by, they’ll usually find one of us at the desk or out looking at a plot of land nearby. We don't spend much on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth works better for us anyway in a place like this.
