In Gwalior, we have our office at H.No. M-829 in C-Block, right across from Bada Park in Anand Nagar. It’s a good location because the park gives us a bit of a view, even if it’s just people walking their dogs or kids playing. The area is Bhodapur, and it has a very residential feel to it. Our office is basically a converted house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office block. We do our associate work from here, mostly focusing on local projects around Madhya Pradesh. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff like filing cabinets, some old computers, and a lot of paper. Gwalior gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the AC is working right. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people who know the local area and the local ways of doing business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs us, they usually just show up at the door or give us a call based on a recommendation. We handle the daily paperwork and the technical drawings without any extra fluff. It is honest work in a quiet neighborhood, and we like it that way. Most days are just about hitting deadlines and making sure the details are correct for every project.
