This office is actually set up over at J-20 in Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior. Aditya Singhal handles things here, working out of Mr. Neeraj Mangal’s place. It’s a bit of a specific arrangement, but it serves our needs for managing air cargo tasks in this part of MP. Even though the main name mentions Mumbai, we are very much on the ground here in Gwalior. Managing air cargo involves a lot of back-and-forth with the airports and making sure the clearances are all sorted out. It’s mostly about the paperwork and the timing. If the timing is off, air freight doesn't make much sense, so we stay pretty focused on the clocks. Gandhi Nagar is a decent area, fairly easy to get to. We aren't some big corporate hub with glass walls. It’s a practical workspace where we sit and track shipments. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and we have to scramble to find a new route for a client’s goods. It’s just how the business goes. We’ve been operating this way for a bit, keeping things straightforward. People come to us when they have something that needs to move fast. We don't do much advertising; most people just know us from being around the area or through word of mouth. It's a small team, just doing the work every day. We handle the emails and the calls and try to keep our records as clear as possible so nothing gets lost.
