The business is run by just a few of us. We don't use any big corporate systems, just our computers and the relationships we’ve built with drivers and hotel owners over the years. Some days are slow, and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, while other days are a total mess with everyone wanting to travel at the same time. We try to be practical about things. If a road is bad or a hotel is overpriced, we just say so. There’s no point in promising a perfect holiday if the weather is going to be rubbish. We spend a lot of time on the phone confirming bookings. The mall nearby means we get a lot of walk-in customers who are just curious about prices for their next summer vacation. We keep a stack of paper maps even though everyone uses their phones now. It just feels more reliable. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we like being part of the local buzz in City Center. It’s just us doing our best to get people from one place to another without any unnecessary drama or hidden costs.
