Birlanagar in Gwalior is where we spend our days. Cimmco Birla Limited is based here, and the place has a lot of history to it. If you walk around the area, you can see how things have changed over the years. Our workspace is pretty standard. We have desks, some old chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of equipment. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in big cities. It’s a solid place. Gwalior can get very hot in the summer, so the fans are always going. We’ve been here for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we see each other outside of work too. We deal with various industrial things here. It's dusty work sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. There’s always a bit of a queue at the gate in the mornings. We don’t have fancy lunchrooms. Most of us just bring tiffins and eat together in the main office area. It’s quiet in the evenings once the shift ends. Birlanagar feels like its own little town. We don’t use much big talk about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. That’s how Cimmco Birla Limited operates. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We keep the machines running and the paperwork moving without much fuss. It is a regular routine for us.
