Chirayu Pharmaceuticals

Chirayu Pharmaceuticals is out at No. 20 in the Baraghat Industrial Area, along Jhansi Road. Being in an industrial area means we have plenty of space, which we definitely need. The road outside can get a bit bumpy, especially after it rains, but the trucks manage just fine. We have a pretty straightforward operation here. Most of our time is spent in the back where the stock is kept. We don’t have a fancy front desk with a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just goes to see who it is. We’ve been working from this location for quite a few years now. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so it gets a bit warm if we don’t keep the shades down. We just focus on the pharmaceutical side of things and don't really get into the flashy side of business. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the batches are recorded correctly. We have a small crew and everyone knows what their job is. Sometimes we have a little lunch together in the break room if we aren't too busy. It’s a plain, hardworking place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to do a decent job every day and get the orders out to where they need to go. That's really all there is to it. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we're here if someone needs us.
