CHAR BUILDCON LLP

CHAR BUILDCON LLP is located near Tagore School, close to the Ghosipura Railway Station. We are in the Mukund Chhaya building in Shiv Nagar, Gwalior. Being in the 474001 area means we are close to the tracks and all the activity from the school nearby. Our office is where the buildcon work gets organized. Gwalior is a large city, but Shiv Nagar has a more local, neighborhood feel to it. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass facade; we are just a local LLP working on construction projects here in India. The sound of the trains at the Ghosipura station is basically the background noise of our workday. Tagore School is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Most of our time is spent reviewing site plans and making sure the construction work is moving along as it should. There is a lot of traveling between our Mukund Chhaya office and the various spots where the actual building is happening. We enjoy being in Gwalior because there is always something being built or renovated here. Our address in Shiv Nagar is simple and easy to locate. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just take on projects and try to do a decent job with the builds we manage. It is just us, our experience, and a lot of daily effort to get things finished. We just get on with it every day.
