We are located over at Deedar Colony in Dabra. It’s a busy part of Gwalior and we’ve been operating out of the space shared with Sanam Mohammad. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and some chairs where people can sit and talk. Most mornings start with cleaning the front step and making sure the fan is working because it gets quite hot around here in the summer months. You can find us easily if you know the neighborhood well enough. It is just a local spot where neighbors stop by to handle their business without much fuss. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. There isn't any big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the door like everyone else around here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait, but that's just how life goes in Dabra. We know most of the people who walk past our door every day. It feels good to be part of the community here. The colony stays pretty active until late evening when the shops start closing down. If you are coming from the main road, just head toward the residential section and ask for the Mohammad residence. We spend a lot of time just chatting with folks who come in for help. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We don't use big words or complicated processes because nobody has time for that.
