Batra Hospital

Our place is at C-21 in New Saket Nagar. It’s a decent area to be in, and the locals have gotten used to seeing us here over the years. We aren't tucked away in some big glass tower; it’s more of a grounded spot where people can actually find us without a map. Most of the staff live close by or have been commuting to Saket Nagar for long enough that the streets feel like home. The building itself is straightforward. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the walls look as long as everything is clean and working right. Every morning starts with checking the supplies and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever might come in. You see all sorts of things happening on this street, from kids playing to people heading to work. It’s a community vibe here. Sometimes the phones ring more than we’d like, and the waiting area gets full, but that’s just how the days go. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs. If someone needs help, they come to C-21. We keep it simple. It might not be the quietest corner of the world, but it’s where we belong. We’ve had the same neighbors for ages, and that makes it feel a bit more personal than those huge city centers. We just keep the doors open and do what we can.
