Being on Airport Road in the B.S.F. Colony means we see a lot of people coming and going. Sahaai International isn't a huge operation with glass walls and uniforms. It's mostly just us in the office at B-20 handling paperwork and phone calls. We deal with international stuff, which means sometimes we are up late or early because of the time differences. The traffic outside can get pretty loud when the planes are landing or taking off nearby, but you get used to it after a week. We have some old desks and a lot of files. People come in to ask about work or moving things across borders. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, it's just the sound of the printer and someone talking on a headset. We’ve been at this location for a bit. It’s easy to find if you know where the colony is. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down the street. It’s just work, you know. We try to keep the records straight and make sure everyone gets their papers on time. It can be stressful when things get stuck at customs or there’s a delay we can’t control, but that’s the nature of the business. We just stay here and keep the office open until the day's work is finished. Sometimes we have to stay through the weekend to catch up.
