Ausa Developers Private Limited is based in Gandhi Nagar at B 11, Raj Giri Apartment. Being in an apartment building in Gwalior gives us a bit of a different perspective on the development business. Our office is just a regular room that we’ve filled with desks, computers, and a lot of project binders. It isn't a high-rise office with a view, but it’s where we get all our planning done. We spend a lot of our time looking at land records and drawing up layouts for new projects. Gwalior has its own pace, and we try to work within that, even when things get a bit slow with the local paperwork. We aren't big on marketing or trying to impress people with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people knowing we are here in Gandhi Nagar. The team is just a few dedicated people who know how to handle the ups and downs of the real estate market in Madhya Pradesh. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas come from. There is nothing corporate about how we run things. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the area. The Raj Giri Apartment is a quiet spot, which is good when we need to concentrate on the details of a new build. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day without any extra fluff.
