Ashu Tours And Travels is located in the Shindhe Ki Chawni area of Lashkar, right across from Sahab Ka Kuwa. It’s an old part of Gwalior, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We have a couple of desks and some old wooden chairs where we sit and talk to people who come by. Often, we are just busy with the phone, coordinating with drivers or checking on hotel bookings. It can get a bit hectic in Lashkar, especially with the narrow streets and the crowds, but we know our way around. We don't use big words or fancy promises here. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we can make it happen. Sometimes we’re writing things down in a ledger because it’s easier than typing it into the computer every single time. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. If a customer is worried about their timing, we just talk it through with them. We know the local roads like the back of our hand, which helps when we're planning routes. Most of the people who come to us are from the nearby streets, or they heard about us from a friend. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day, making sure the vehicles are ready and the papers are in order.
