We are Asheeta Developers Llp. Our office is located at S 18 in the D Block area of Harishankarpuram. If you know Lashkar, you probably know where Harishankarpuram is. It is a pretty established part of the city. We spend our days working on different development projects around here. The office is just a regular spot in D Block. We do not do much fancy stuff. Mostly just sitting around maps and talking to contractors. Lashkar can be pretty crowded, but Harishankarpuram is a bit more settled. Being at S 18 means we are easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We have got a few people working here who have been in the development business for a long time. It is not always glamorous work, but it is what keeps the lights on. We deal with a lot of local regulations and site visits. Sometimes we are out in the field all day and the office sits empty. Other days we are all crammed in there trying to figure out a layout. It is just a local business trying to do things right. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home to us. There is always someone stopping by to ask about a piece of property or a new project. We do not have a big corporate speech to give. We just work on the developments and try to stay busy in Lashkar. That is the way we have always done it.
