You can find Aadavan Estates Private Limited over at Shop Number 8 on Station Bajariya Road. It is right there in the City Center area of Gwalior. The office is run by the family, specifically under Mukesh Jain, the son of Vinod Chand Jain. We have been in this spot for a bit, and it is a tight-knit kind of setup. Station Bajariya is always moving, so there is plenty of foot traffic outside the door. We deal with local estates and property matters for people around Gwalior. It is mostly just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over maps or property papers with neighbors and locals. The shop is not huge, but it is where we do all our business. We have got the 474002 area pretty well covered because we have lived and worked here so long. It is a practical way to work, being right in the middle of the city where everything is happening.
