We’re located at House No. 1 on Ganesh Das Path, right in Dispur. If you can find the MLA Hostel, we’re just tucked away behind it. It’s an old house that we’ve turned into an office space. It still feels like a home in some ways, with the small rooms and the way the stairs creak when you walk up them. We do engineering and consulting work. There are always blueprints and technical drawings rolled up in the corners. The big wooden table in what used to be the dining room is where we do most of our meetings. It’s usually covered in coffee mugs and rulers. We don’t have a fancy sign out front, just a small one near the gate. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, but when the assembly is in session, the whole area gets pretty hectic. There are cars and people everywhere. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The garden out front has mostly gone to weeds because we’re too busy with project deadlines to worry about the grass. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the filing cabinets we’ve added over the years. We just do our engineering stuff, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure the plans make sense. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't need much more than that to get the job finished for the clients. It works for us.
