We’ve been working out of our office in Chandmari for a while now. You can find us on the first floor right above the Maruti car showroom. Most people around here know the spot because it’s directly opposite the All India Radio station. Being here in Guwahati, we deal with all sorts of local projects every day. Rishika Interior & Developers Pvt Ltd isn't some big faceless chain. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle construction and interior work. If you're driving through Chandmari, it's pretty easy to spot the building. We spend most of our days either at the office or out at various sites around the city. It gets busy, especially with the traffic around the radio station area, but we like being in the middle of things. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and samples scattered around, but that’s just how we work. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the actual building part too. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials arrive on time. We don’t really do fancy sales pitches. Usually, people just drop by the office to talk about what they need for their homes or offices. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Being right there near the showroom gives us a good view of the street. We just try to get the jobs done properly so the interiors look right and the structures are solid. That’s basically us.
