Ram Swaroop Joshi here at Buildworth Building on G.S. Road in Guwahati. We've been in this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. Dispur gets pretty busy with all the traffic on the main road, but we usually manage. It’s a plain office, nothing fancy to look at. People stop by because they know where we are. We keep things simple. If you've been around G.S. Road, you probably saw the building. It’s a bit of a landmark for some. We deal with the day-to-day work and try to get things done without making a fuss. The team is small. We know the neighbors. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, more shops popping up everywhere. My desk is usually covered in papers and the tea is always going. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we just get down to the actual tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow, or it gets noisy outside, but we stay focused. We don't spend money on big signs or loud ads. Most of the people who come here have been coming for a long time. They just know how we work. It’s quiet inside usually. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question. That’s really all there is to it. Just an office in Guwahati doing what we do.
