Ralwl Store is located at the Tiniali in Gandhibasti. If you know Guwahati, you know how busy M R D Road can get. We are right there where the roads meet, which makes it a good spot for people passing through. I started this place because people in Gandhibasti needed a spot to grab their daily items without going too far. The shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into the space we have. You will find stacks of biscuits and bags of rice piled up. The 781003 area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that noise and dust. I spend my days sorting through new boxes and talking to the delivery drivers who bring the goods. Sometimes it is hard to keep everything tidy when customers are coming in and out all afternoon. I usually have the radio playing softly in the background. People come in to buy a single pen or a whole month's worth of groceries. It is a mix of everything. The rain in Guwahati can be heavy, so we often have people standing under our small awning to stay dry. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is a local business and we don't try to be anything else. Just a shop on the corner where you can get what you need. Most of our regulars have been coming here for years and they know exactly where everything is kept on the shelves.
