Our office is located at House Number 41 in North Jyoti Nagar. If you are familiar with the Chandmari area, we are quite close to the Ganesh Mandir. It is a quiet enough spot for an office, though it gets busy during festival times because of the temple nearby. We have been working from this location for several years. We deal with various property matters in and around North Jyoti Nagar. It is not a very big operation. Most of the time, it is just us managing the files and meeting with people who want to buy or lease something. We spend a lot of time visiting different plots of land and checking out houses to see what condition they are in. Property work in this part of town involves a lot of talking and waiting for documents to come through. We try to be as clear as possible with everyone who walks through the door. We do not use any complicated language or try to act like we are some big company. We are just local people who know this neighborhood. If someone is looking for a place near the temple or further out in Chandmari, we usually have a good idea of what is available. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the maps and papers, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss or fancy promises. It is a regular neighborhood business.
