Pradip Kr Nahata & Co

Pradip Kr Nahata & Co is located in Geeta Mansion. We are in the Machkhowa area, specifically in Kumarpara. It is a bit of a different vibe here compared to the more commercial parts of Guwahati. Geeta Mansion is a steady building, and our office is just one of the rooms inside. We have been here for a long time, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are stacks of folders everywhere and old wooden chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a big staff, so it is usually just a few of us. We spend the day going through documents and talking on the phone. The area around Kumarpara is interesting, with a mix of homes and small businesses. It isn't as loud as A.T. Road, but it still has its own noise. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together at one of the desks. The lighting is okay, but we use desk lamps when it gets cloudy outside. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are. It’s a very grounded way of working. There are no corporate rules or uniforms here. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out while chatting.
