We’re located on the 2nd Floor of Kejriwal Bhawan, right in the middle of Paltan Bazaar. If you’ve ever been to the bazaar, you know how crowded and noisy it gets with all the shoppers and vendors. Our office is a bit of an escape from that, though you can still hear the shouting from the street. We’ve been dealing in chemicals for a long time now. It’s a fairly old-fashioned business, really. We don’t have any fancy websites or digital catalogs. Instead, we have shelves of samples and big binders full of price lists and data sheets. The office has that old building smell, and the stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep if you're carrying anything. We spend our days talking to suppliers and taking orders from folks who have been coming to us for years. It gets pretty hot up here in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and work through the list. We don’t try to act like a big corporation or anything. We are just local people running a chemical business in the bazaar. We know our products well, and if someone has a question about a specific chemical, we usually have the answer written down in a notebook somewhere. It’s just steady work amidst all the chaos of the market outside. We’ve been here a long time and we like being part of the building.
