Our place, Nemcare Hospital Private Limited, is located on Shillong road in the Bhangagarh area. It is a bit of a landmark for people who live around here. The road outside stays pretty loud with traffic heading toward the main intersections. Inside, though, we try to keep things moving along steadily. It isn't a very quiet place because hospitals are always a bit active, but we do what we can. The building itself is older, and you can see that in the way the corridors are laid out. We have several floors, and the stairs get a lot of use since people are always in a hurry. The staff rooms are tucked away where we grab quick bites of lunch between shifts. On rainy days, the entrance gets a bit messy with umbrellas and wet footprints, but that’s just how it goes on Shillong road. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we were. The front desk can get a bit chaotic when three people are asking questions at once, but we manage to get everyone sorted eventually. We keep the lights on late, and there’s always someone on duty. It’s a busy life working here, but we are used to the pace of Bhangagarh and the constant flow of people coming through the doors. It keeps us on our feet all day.
