My Clinic

We've been here at Ganeshguri Chariali Nayanpur Road for a while now. It started as a small place where people could just walk in when they felt sick. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just some rooms and a waiting area that gets a bit crowded on Mondays. My Clinic is what it sounds like, a place for the community. Most of our regulars live right around the corner, so we see the same faces quite a bit. It’s funny how you get to know everyone's name after a few years. Sometimes the traffic outside on Nayanpur Road gets pretty loud, but you get used to it. We try to keep things organized, though paperwork is always a bit of a headache. The staff is just a few of us who grew up in the area. We aren't here to win awards or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. If the chairs are full, folks just lean against the wall and chat. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the weather changes and everyone starts sneezing. We keep the lights on late if there's still a line. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do what needs doing and hope everyone feels a bit better when they leave. It’s homey, if you don't mind the noise from the street. Just a basic clinic doing basic work for the neighborhood. It’s a simple life here.
