We are located in the Sharma Complex on S C Goswami Road, right in the middle of the Panbazar area. Mahavir Pharma And Surgical is a busy little place, and if you know Panbazar, you know how crowded the streets get with people and rickshaws. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of medical supplies and surgical tools. It gets a bit cramped in here, especially when we get a large delivery of boxes that need to be sorted. We spend most of our day answering the phone and helping people who walk in looking for specific items for their clinics. It is never a quiet environment. We try our best to keep the shelves organized, but things tend to pile up when we get busy. The building is an older one and has its quirks, like a light in the back that sometimes flickers, but it is a central location that works for us. We do not have many people working here, just a few of us managing the counter and the stock room. We do not use any fancy business language or have a big corporate team. It is just a straightforward shop where we handle invoices and keep track of what is in stock. Standing on your feet all day can be tiring, but that is just part of the job in a market like this. We just keep moving and getting things done.
