Kiba Kibi Labs Pvt Ltd is situated right by 6 Mine Flyover. It’s a bit of an odd spot, but it makes it easy for us to get around. We call it a lab, but it’s really just where we do our technical work and testing. It’s not some sterile white room you see in movies. There are wires everywhere and a lot of gadgets on the benches. We spend most of our time trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It can be frustrating, but it’s what we do. The noise from the flyover is pretty constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We’re a small team. There’s no HR or big management structure here. We just divide the work and get on with it. Some days we're here until late at night if a project is acting up. We eat our lunch at the desks mostly. We don’t have any fancy brochures. People who need our kind of help usually find us through people they know. It’s a quiet life of tinkering and fixing. We just keep the lights on and the computers running. If you come by, don’t expect a waiting room; just pull up a stool and tell us what’s on your mind. We are just normal people who happen to be good with electronics and code. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a place where we try to solve problems one by one until they are finally sorted out.
