Our place is located in Madhav Nagar, away from the main noise of the city. We spend most of our time looking after the grounds and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever might be coming to stay. There is a lot of grass to cut and plants that need watering, especially when the weather gets dry. It is a bit of a struggle to keep everything green, but we do our best with the hoses and sprinklers. We are not a big hotel chain with uniforms and script-reading staff. We are just a group of people who know how to clean rooms and fix things when they break. You will often see one of us carrying a ladder or a bucket of paint because there is always some maintenance work to do. The resort has a lot of trees, which means we spend a fair amount of time raking up leaves. In the mornings, it is quite peaceful here before the day really gets started. Guests come for different reasons, and we just try to make sure their stay is quiet. We do not have any fancy marketing slogans or big billboards. Most people find us because they want somewhere a bit more tucked away. Working here means being outside a lot and dealing with the weather as it comes. It is a slow pace of life compared to the town center, and we like it that way.
