You will find us on the 5th floor of the Parmeshwari Building. It is located on Chatribari Road in the Chatribari area of Guwahati. Being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops around here, which is a nice break from looking at computer screens all day. The Parmeshwari Building is a busy place with a lot of different offices and people coming and going. The elevator works most of the time, but we have had to walk the stairs once or twice which is quite a workout. Our space is 501. It is a decent-sized office with several rooms for the associates and staff. We have a lot of books and binders lining the walls because of the nature of our work. The floors are stone and stay relatively cool even when it is muggy and hot outside. We don't really do anything for show or to impress visitors. Our desks are usually covered in folders and there is usually a half-empty cup of tea sitting somewhere. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done each morning when we arrive. Chatribari Road is always congested, so we hear the constant honking from the cars down below. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to finish, watching the city lights come on. It is a steady place to work, and we have been here long enough that the walls feel very familiar.
