Rock Crusher

Rock Crusher is what we do. We are located over in Jyotikuchi, right across from the Gyan Educational Institution on Kalibari Road. It's a bit of a dusty job, as you can imagine from the name. We deal with rocks and breaking them down. Not much to look at, just heavy equipment and a lot of noise when the machines are running. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The school across the way makes for a lot of traffic during drop-off times, so we usually try to get our big moves done before the kids arrive. It's practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for some meeting in town. We like the grit of it. Some days the machines give us trouble and we spend the whole afternoon with grease on our hands fixing a belt or a motor. That’s just how it goes with this kind of gear. Kalibari Road is a decent place to be based. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s not a fancy setup, just a yard and the equipment we need to get the rocks crushed. People need gravel and stone for all sorts of building projects, so we stay busy enough. Sometimes it rains and everything turns to mud, which makes the work twice as hard. But we keep at it day after day because that's what we know how to do.
