We’ve been set up here at Lakhtokia Road for quite a long time now. You can find us right below the Tri Colour Lab building. It gets incredibly busy around here during the day with all the traffic, rickshaws, and people constantly moving back and forth. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle trade stuff and manage paperwork for our clients across India. Some of us have been working in this same room for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We know the tea stall guy around the corner by name, and he knows exactly how we like our chai. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy because of the lab upstairs, but that's just part of being in this busy commercial area. We mostly deal with various suppliers and customers over the phone or through a lot of emails. It involves a lot of keeping track of shipping orders and making sure things move from one city to another without getting stuck. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific sourced or moved. It’s just a regular business day for us, starting early and leaving once the work is finally finished. We have a small team, and we all know each other's moods. Lakhtokia Road is a bit chaotic, but we like it here. It’s honest, daily work for Intercommerce (India) Pvt Ltd.
