Our place, the Guwahati Eye Hospital And Research Center, is situated right opposite the Hanuman Mandir. If you know where the G. L. Publication building is, we are right there too. It's very close to the Lachit Nagar bus stop, so people usually don't have a hard time finding the entrance. We spend our days looking at eyes and trying to help people see a bit better. It’s a specialized spot, so we don't do general health, just eye stuff. The waiting room can get a bit full on Monday mornings, but we try to keep things moving along. There is some research work happening in the back rooms too, though most visitors just see the clinic side of things. The neighborhood is usually quite busy with people going to the temple or catching the bus. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the locals know us. We aren't a big fancy chain, just a local eye hospital trying to do right by the patients who walk in. The building is simple and we keep the equipment ready for whoever comes in. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backups to keep things going. It's a practical place for anyone with eye trouble. No big speeches, just doctors and nurses doing their daily rounds and checking charts. It’s just how we operate here in Guwahati, staying focused on the work at hand and making sure the patients are okay.
