Futurtron Machines is located at House No 8 on Panchajyoti Pth, which is just off M.B. Road in Barshapara. It’s actually an old house that we use for the business. It feels a bit different than a standard factory because of the layout and the garden outside. We have the machines set up in the larger rooms on the ground floor. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in to see what we’re building that day. It’s a quiet enough street, though M.B. Road nearby gets loud with traffic. We spend our days mostly working with metal parts and assembly. There’s always a smell of grease or machine oil in the air, which is something you just get used to after a while. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the billing and the technical drawings. It’s a private limited company, but since we’re in a house, it feels more like a local family-run operation. The backyard is where we keep some of the larger crates and scrap material we haven't used yet. We’ve been in Barshapara for some time now. The commute isn’t too bad for the guys who live nearby. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one by the gate so people don't miss us. We prefer to just keep our heads down and work on the machines. It’s practical work, often getting our hands dirty. We drink a lot of tea while we troubleshoot mechanical issues. It's not a fancy life, but we get the job done.
