Elex Fire

You will find Elex Fire right on Secretariat Road in Dispur. We are very close to the Assam Secretariat, so the whole area is usually packed with people and cars. It’s a lively place to be. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any marble floors or designer furniture. It’s just a place where we keep fire safety equipment. You’ll see extinguishers and pipes leaning against the walls. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a large shipment in. We spend our time checking equipment and talking to people who need safety gear. The building is an older one and has a bit of character, or maybe it’s just old. We don’t mind it though. We aren't some big corporate entity with a dozen branches. It’s just a small team of us here. We handle our own paperwork and move the stock ourselves. The noise from the main road is constant, but it’s part of the job. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. People know we are here because we’ve been in this spot for years. We just try to keep things simple and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we go out for a quick tea at the stall around the corner when things get a bit slow. It’s a basic, local business and that suits us just fine.
