Dugar Consumer Products Private Limited

Our place is out in Amingaon, which is on the other side of the river from the main Guwahati city area. Being out here means we have a bit more space for the consumer products we handle. It’s an industrial sort of place, not like a shopping mall. We have a big warehouse where we store everything before it gets sent out to different shops. Most of the day is spent checking manifests and making sure the loaders are putting the right boxes on the right trucks. It’s a lot of physical work and the heat under the tin roofs can be something else in the middle of the day. We aren't really a place where people come to browse. It’s more of a distribution hub. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets done. The roads around Amingaon are usually full of heavy vehicles, so we have to time our shipments carefully. We’ve been operating here for a good while, and we know the local logistics pretty well. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure these products get to the people who need them. We just stick to our routine and get the work done. There are no fancy mission statements here, just a lot of boxes and a schedule to keep. That is how we run things every day, focusing on the tasks in front of us without making too much of a fuss.
