D & S Mercantile

D & S Mercantile is based out of House No. 13 on Naamghar Path. It’s just off R.G.B Road, which is usually quite noisy and full of traffic at almost any hour. Our little spot on the path is a bit quieter though, which we appreciate. We handle various goods and trade items here. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big warehouse, just this house where we manage everything from the front rooms. The building itself has been around for a while. You can see the wear on the walls if you look closely at the corners. We started here because the location was convenient for getting to other parts of town quickly. Most days involve checking stock levels and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside. Just a gate and a front door like any other house on Naamghar Path. We keep things moving, though. If a shipment is late, we just wait and sort it out when it finally arrives. There isn't a lot of fluff in what we do. We just buy, sell, and keep the records straight in our ledgers. Some days are slower than others. We like it that way. It gives us time to catch up on the bookkeeping and organize the storage space. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys at number thirteen. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the rent hasn't gone up too much. It's a solid place for a small trading business to stay grounded.
