Our shop is right near the Axis Bank, so it’s easy to find if you are walking down the main road. It gets pretty loud in here because of all the metal and the different parts we have stacked up. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most days are spent looking at gears or trying to figure out why a particular motor isn't humming the way it should. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that just won’t come out no matter how much we scrub. We keep the doors open most of the time to let the breeze in, otherwise, it gets too stuffy with all the machinery around. You’ll see people coming in and out, usually asking about a specific tool or just checking on an order. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and ties. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt that might have a bit of dirt on it by noon. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we actually sit down for five minutes. Dealing with machineries means you are always learning something new because every piece is a little different. It is steady work. We just stay here, keep the shelves organized as best as we can, and wait for the next person to walk through the door with a question about a pump or a drill. There is always something to fix.
